The Cottages - Waterfront Family Compound w/ Dock
The Cottages offer a unique and authentic waterfront Cape Cod experience as a family compound as it features TWO separate living areas/cottages overlooking Great River on Monomoscoy Island. This family compound is waterfront with dock and hot tub, on a flat, grassy lot with several fire pits. Monomoscoy Island, accessible by car via a short causeway, is part of a protected bird and wildlife sanctuary. This is the quintessential Cape experience - you cannot do better than this central, but yet off the tourist track, location. Walk down to your private beach, and take dip in the warm water, fish or kayak off the dock or just relax! Minutes away to the Oceanfront beach! As a family compound you have TWO kitchens, TWO Living Rooms, TWO outdoor showers, TWO Deck areas.+++ lots of room to spread out and be together yet have your own space!
