Everything You Want in a Florida Condo

Calm Condo was the perfect place for an April stay learning what life would be like in Colonial Country Club. If you are thinking about checking out CCC or Fort Myers, book this condo! From the comfy blankets on the leather sofa perfect for cozying up in, the well-stocked kitchen (it has everything!!), and updated bathroom, and use of the owners’ bikes, we could not have asked for a better place to stay. It is beautifully furnished and has everything needed for a relaxing stay. The Preserve off the lanai and a short walk to the neighborhood pool were highlights for relaxing days. The neighbors are the friendliest (and some are even full time residents). You will not regret staying in Calm Condo!

Why they chose this property

We bought and renovated this 2nd floor condo as it is in the perfect location and has tall ceilings with a great floor plan. This community has tennis, pickleball, miles of private and meticulously maintained walking trails, and has the option for golf at the renters desire (Only with 30 + day rentals)
