Why they chose this property
We bought and renovated this 2nd floor condo as it is in the perfect location and has tall ceilings with a great floor plan. This community has tennis, pickleball, miles of private and meticulously maintained walking trails, and has the option for golf at the renters desire (Only with 30 + day rentals)
What makes this property unique
Has 3 miles of walking trails and is a pet friendly community. 2 pets are negotiable with our approval, proof of shots and an added security deposit.
