About this property

4BR Oasis near Sedona with Stargazing Domes, Hot Tub, Sauna, and Milky Way Skies

Welcome to Your Private Sedona-Area Retreat

Tucked away on two peaceful private acres in Cornville, Arizona, this 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom home is built for groups who want space, quiet, and a real night sky. You are about 15 minutes from Sedona trailheads and minutes from Page Springs wineries, Cottonwood, and Jerome. That is close enough for a full day on the red rocks and far enough to come home to dark skies, no streetlights, and two acres that are yours alone.

This listing is the entire home and grounds. No shared house. No other guests on the property. Two luxury glamping domes, a hot tub, an infrared sauna, a cold plunge, and a yoga and fitness setup sit right outside the remodeled house.

Who This Home Is For

This property is for families and small family gatherings. It works well if you want a house, a yard, and a bunk room instead of a tight Sedona condo; three real king rooms; a sauna, cold plunge, and hot tub; or a wine country base near Page Springs.

It is not a party house. It is not an event venue. It is a weaker fit if you need to walk to Sedona restaurants, if you want the domes as extra bedrooms, or if you want an Uptown address.

House Rules — Read Before You Book

This is a quiet residential neighborhood. Your neighbors are full time local residents. This is the only short term rental on the road, so noise carries and complaints come fast.

- Family stays and family gatherings only
- No parties, events, bachelor/bachelorette trips, or large get-togethers
- Maximum 9 people on the property, including children and day visitors
- More than 9 people requires written permission from the host before arrival
- Quiet hours after dark; keep voices, music, and hot-tub noise down
- Extra guests, parties, or sleeping in the domes can end the stay without a refund

If your group cannot follow that, this is not the right listing.

The House

The home has been fully remodeled with open rooms, natural light, and a layout that lets a family spread out. You can cook, watch a movie, and put kids to bed without stacking everyone in one space.

Living room
A large, comfortable sectional and a Smart TV make this the indoor hangout after hiking or wine tasting. Mornings work just as well: coffee, a slow start, and desert light through the windows.

Kitchen
The kitchen is chef-ready and stocked with quality cookware, appliances, and utensils. Plan real meals here. Breakfast before a trailhead run, a simple lunch between wineries, or a family dinner so you do not have to drive back into Sedona every night.

Bathrooms
Three updated bathrooms are stocked with soft towels and natural bath products. That matters with nine people and a hot-tub-and-plunge routine.

Water
A Kinetico filtration system treats the water for drinking, cooking, and bathing. In the high desert that is not a small detail. Guests notice it.

Where You Sleep

Sleeps 9 across four bedrooms:

- Bedroom 1: king bed, private and quiet
- Bedroom 2: king bed, private and quiet
- Bedroom 3: king bed, private and quiet
- Bedroom 4: queen bunk on the bottom with a twin on top, best for kids or one extra adult

Count every person, including children, toward the nine-person maximum.

The Domes

The two luxury glamping domes are why a lot of families book this house. They are lounge and stargazing rooms. They are not bedrooms.

Each dome has comfortable seating and a panoramic view of the sky. The property sits between two mountains, away from city lights, with no light pollution on the grounds. On a clear night you can see the Milky Way.

Use the domes from sunset onward. That is when the air cools and the sky does the work. Bring a blanket, then go back inside to sleep in a real bed.

No overnight sleeping in the domes. That is a house rule, not a suggestion.

Wellness Amenities

This is a private wellness setup, not a hotel spa.

- Outdoor hot tub for a soak under the stars after a hike
- Infrared sauna for heat and recovery
- Cold plunge available day or night
- Yoga mats for the grassy yard or an indoor stretch
- Free weights and a pull-up bar

A good rhythm is hike or wine country during the day, then sauna, plunge, hot tub, and the domes after dark. Keep the volume down so the neighborhood stays quiet.

Outdoor Space

Two acres give you room to breathe. The front yard has grass. Use it for morning yoga, kids playing, or coffee.

Outside you will also find a dining table for meals at dusk, lounge chairs, a hammock, and quiet desert sound. Sunrise coffee and sunset wine are what this yard is built for — not speakers and a crowd.

Parking, EV Charging, and Getting Around

You will want a car. Restaurants, trailheads, and tasting rooms are a short drive, not a walk.

A Level 2 Tesla charger is on site. If you drive a non-Tesla EV, bring the adapter that works with your car. There is space on the property for your vehicles.

Where You Are

Cornville, Arizona, in the Verde Valley, between Sedona and wine country.

Typical drive times:
- Sedona trailheads and Village of Oak Creek: about 15 to 20 minutes
- Uptown Sedona: about 20 to 25 minutes
- Page Springs wineries and tasting rooms: a few minutes
- Old Town Cottonwood: about 15 minutes
- Jerome: about 25 to 30 minutes
- Oak Creek for hiking, fishing, or kayaking: a short local drive

You can spend a full day on Cathedral Rock, Bell Rock, or Uptown, then be back before the sky gets good. Or skip Sedona for a day and do Page Springs, Cottonwood, and Jerome.

Suggested Days

Day 1. Arrive, unpack, walk the property, use the sauna and plunge, dinner at home or in Cottonwood, then the domes after dark.
Day 2. Red-rock morning. Leave early for a Sedona trail, eat in the Village of Oak Creek if you want, back by late afternoon for the hot tub.
Day 3. Wine-country day. Page Springs is close enough to take it slow and still be home for sunset.

Stay longer if you can. The house gets better when you are not rushing every meal into town.

What to Pack

A light layer for evening. A small flashlight or phone light for the yard after dark. Hiking shoes if trails are on the plan. An EV adapter if you are not driving a Tesla. Groceries on the way in if you want night one at home.

Four bedrooms. Three bathrooms. Sleeps nine. Two luxury glamping domes for stargazing only. Hot tub. Infrared sauna. Cold plunge. Yoga mats. Free weights. Pull-up bar. Chef kitchen. Smart TV. About the host

Hosted by Caitlin Feltes

Host profile image
Hi, we are Sancar and Caitlin, proud parents to our adventurous five year old son, Atlas.

With many years in hospitality and resort management, including time in Sedona, we have a deep appreciation for what makes a stay truly special. We love creating spaces where guests can relax, recharge, and feel completely at home.

This retreat was designed with the same care we would give our closest friends. From the wellness amenities to the glamping domes under the Milky Way, every detail was thoughtfully chosen to help guests unplug and reconnect with nature.

We enjoy hiking, exploring Sedona’s red rocks, and sharing this beautiful corner of Arizona with families, couples, and travelers from around the world. We hope your stay brings you the same peace and joy that inspired us to create this place.

Why they chose this property

We chose this neighborhood because it offers the rare combination of privacy, natural beauty, and easy access to everything we love about the Sedona area.

Surrounded by red rock views, open desert land, and incredibly dark night skies, the area feels peaceful and untouched, yet it is only minutes from Sedona, wineries, hiking trails, and charming nearby towns. We love the quiet, the space to breathe, and the feeling of being connected to nature while still being close to world class dining, art, and outdoor adventure.

This is a place where mornings are calm, nights are filled with stars, and guests can truly slow down and enjoy Arizona at its best.

What makes this property unique

Most Sedona-area listings give you a house near the rocks. This one gives you a private two-acre compound with a wellness setup and a night sky you cannot buy on a busy Sedona street.
What stands out:

Two luxury glamping domes for Milky Way stargazing — lounge spaces only, not extra bedrooms
Hot tub, infrared sauna, and a cold plunge on the property
Yoga mats, free weights, and a pull-up bar
Three true king bedrooms plus a queen-over-twin bunk, sleeping 9
A remodeled home with a chef kitchen, not a cramped condo
Kinetico filtered water and a Level 2 Tesla charger
Grass, outdoor dining, and room for kids to be outside

The other thing that makes it different is how it is hosted. Family stays only. No parties. Cap of nine unless we approve more in writing. Neighbors are locals, and we intend to keep it that way.
Book this property if the mix you want is privacy, stars, wine country, and a quiet family base 15 minutes from Sedona.
