Fantastic location for our visit to Joshua Tree National Park. Quick drive to the North Entrance, which never had a line to get in. The house was a beautiful setting with all the amenities we could want. Loved having the hot tub for a soak after days of hiking and climbing in the park.

Had a lovely stay with my wife. The home has a great view and is very private on a hillside. A large great room and bedrooms. The outdoor area very nice to lounge in by the pool. The weather was not very hot and the pool was pretty cold because it is unheated. We would happily come stay here again.

Surprised to find out the property is pet-friendly. I wouldn’t have known, which is fantastic. It’s a great place with a lot of personality. Definitely one of my favorite houses I’ve ever stayed. Awesome location if you’re hiking in Joshua Tree - about 10-15 minutes from the west entrance and 5-10 from the north entrance. It has a super nice fireplace, which we didn’t use (we were in the hot tub) but appreciated nevertheless.

One of the best vacations we’ve had. The place is quiet, peaceful, and the ideal spot for relaxing. It has everything you might need. The amenities are amazing. The pool was perfect during the hot days (and the AC worked well too). The hot tub was ideal at sunset and beyond. The floor to ceiling windows showing the city lights at night and beautiful desert views during the day were amazing. The bedrooms were big and bathrooms had everything you need. Why they chose this property

Our home is made out of lava rocks, with the border of Joshua Tree National Park as your backyard, and panoramic views of the city from the front yard. The house has a large open entertainment-friendly layout downstairs with expansive windows to take in the views from all directions and two large bedrooms upstairs with ensuite bathrooms. The house sits high on a mountain side with plenty of privacy, peace, and quiet. The neighborhood is quiet and sparse to take in the raw desert views. It isn't uncommon to hear coyotes howling and see quail and roadrunners scurrying about. The houses in the area are mostly one house per 5 acres.

What makes this property unique

The uniqueness of this property is its location! It is surrounded by Joshua Tree National Park on 3 sides and it overlooks the city. It is high on a mountainside and it would be hard to replicate a property in 29 Palms or Joshua Tree that sits this high on a mountainside. It is also surrounded by lava rock and pink marble throughout the main level downstairs with floor to ceiling windows to showcase the view.
