We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the house. The lake was beautiful and very quite. The house had everything we needed. Greg was very nice and informative.
The atmosphere here is straight out of a novel. It was peaceful, relaxing, and just what we needed for a recharge. Greg was so quick at answering any questions we had. I highly recommend reading the information (email/VRBO attachment in comments) from GREG not VRBO, as Greg has all the answers and correct info. VRBO is a bit behind in updating. It was very easy to find, Our GPS brought us right there. We're already talking about booking again!
The place was absolutely perfect. We were celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary away from the children and work. We went fishing and caught about 12 bass and had some alone time. The place is vert tranquil. We would love to stay there again.
Had an amazing stay with family on Riley Lake. The views are amazing. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. Nice lake for small children with little to no boat traffic. Plenty of outdoor toys to keep everyone entertained.
This was a really fun property to stay at. It was very clean, and had everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. We had a lot of fun fishing on the lake and caught some bass, had a good time playing the pinball machine and other activities available. The property is very pretty. We really enjoyed our stay.
Property was exactly as described. We had fun fishing and swimming. Pinball machine was a hit with adults and kids! Kids loved the floating dock. We will definitely be back again! No complaints at all.
We came again this year and enjoyed it just as much! Cooked lots of meals and loved the sunsets, fishing, and the big back yard and beach area for the grands! See you next year!
This was a great place for us to bring my dad away from the crowds. We could eat at home and spend time on the water or hiking/biking nearby. It was all we needed and so much better than camping.
Greg was fantastic to book with. Very fast responses to any and all communications. The home was very clean, well stocked and quietly situated on a picturesque lake. Pin ball, ping pong and onsite boats helped fill our day with great memories!
House was just as described. A wonderful place on the lake to relax and enjoy time with family. House is very well stocked!! Just bring your clothes and groceries. Everything else you need can easily be found already there. Comfortable bed and fabulous pillows make for a great night's sleep. Host is very thoughtful and quick to respond to all inquiries. Will definitely return.
Very nice place to stay! It was clean, comfortable, well furnished. There is a lot to do in the big backyard with lake access, and supplied are anything you need if you wanted to stay with children. The water filter used is a great perk, probably our favorite! We have relatives in the area and know how hard it is to get the taste out of the water, so we are very impressed by the effort the host has gone to for the comfort of the guests. The only thing about the stay that was awkward was having to take the trash with us to a disposal location. It would be more convenient if there was a trash pickup on property so we didn't have to make room in our car for trash. Other than that, we would consider this a perfect place to stay, and we highly recommend it!
While hurricane Milton threw a wrench into our plans, the host was wonderful to work with. He responded quickly to any questions and was very understanding about any changes we needed to make.
I'd definitely rent this property again. The property is quiet and beautiful and had everything necessary for a relaxing weekend.
Although it drizzled three out of the four days we were there, we enjoyed fishing off the dock at dawn and dusk. 8 bass and a good size crappie. A gator appeared and watched us fish for about an hour. We saw an owl land on top of the teatherball pole TWICE.
