About this space:
Relax with the whole family at our secluded, wooded home nestled in an exclusive, walkable neighborhood. Enjoy the hot tub, in ground, heated pool as well as two outdoor seating areas. The lower-level outdoor seating area has a propane fireplace. Full gourmet kitchen and plenty of entertaining space including lower-level living room, kid's play area, billiards room with wet bar and full-size refrigerator.
Lower-level features a master suite with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with shower.
Second floor has three bedrooms with queen sized beds and one, newly remodeled, full bathroom with double sinks and walk in shower.
Grounds are quiet, meticulously landscaped and surrounded by nature. You will hear birds and, if you're lucky, you'll spot our neighborhood owl singing to his mate. Lots of deer wander near the creek at the base of the property as well.
There is a nearby park with basketball courts, children's play equipment, a walking trail around the park and a covered picnic area. There is also a bike trail within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants, grocery stores, gas stations, Top Golf and golf courses within 10 minutes. Large shopping complex within 5 miles. 15 minutes to OSU and downtown Columbus.
Other things to note:
There is a strict no party/events rule, 6-person maximum guest rule and strict no pets policy. If these rules are broken, the guest will be charged a minimum of $1500, for any applicable damages and you may be asked to leave, and you will forfeit any refund.

Our home is set back from the road offering privacy as well as plenty of space with 4 bedrooms (3 queen and 1 king), 3 living rooms, 2 dining rooms, fitness equipment, a library, gourmet kitchen, back deck, lower patio with hot tub and in ground pool, 2 1/2 bathrooms and kids game room with plenty of kid's toys.
