Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please sweep up any excessive sand that you may have brought in from the beach
Please check your garbage disposal for any non-food items. Ensure all remotes, tv’s and ceiling fans are accounted for, missing remotes will be charged for replacement. ($50 Ea.)
Check the Dryer & Dressers for personal Belongings. Safe Travels Home and Come back to the beach soon!
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
- Smoking Policy: This unit is Non-Smoking. Smoking is ONLY allowed in Designated Resort Smoking Areas Only: including on the pool deck.
Amenities fee is $30 per night and will be billed separate from the booking Platform. You will be able to pay online prior to reservation.
