*If you will be using the dock please note you will not be able to launch your boat at the property. There is a free ramp nearby, which is Towne Creek Water Access (next to Towne Creek Marina, which is located at the north end of Turner St at the bypass). There are 2 options for overnight parking for your trailer; Beaufort Yacht Basin - 103 Cedar St ( 2 blocks from the property- $15 per night. ***There is a Beaufort ordinance against trailer parking on town streets for more than one hour or be subject to a $50 fine.
