Great Stay!

We were impressed with how clean the place was right off the bat, the pictures are very accurate. We had an excellent time and would recommend this location to anyone who is looking for a nice time up in Mammoth Lakes.

Mammoth Lakes Thanksgiving

Very accommodating, spacious and comfortable. Management, Jen, was super efficient and always responsive to questions. We would definitely stay again!

Christmas with family

The location was great. Close to ski runs, walkable distance to downtown, and a workout gymnasium. The kitchen was well stocked, a working fireplace and the rooms were as described. Would definitely stay here again.

Great property, great location!

We had a great time spending the 4th of July weekend at Jen’s place. The home was exactly as described. Host is very friendly and very easy to communicate with. Check-in/checkout was a breeze. Location is very quiet and the views were spectacular!

The accommodations were perfect for our family of 8, plus our dog. Even though it did mention 3-story townhouse, there were an additional 4 flights of stairs to get to it. I was a little concerned for my 90-year old mother, but she tackled those stairs amazingly. The amenities were great. We all agreed, the beds were so comfortable. That was pretty much our first comment the next morning. As for the kitchen, it was wonderful to be able to pull out pots/pans, baking sheets along with plenty of other cooking vessels. This was definitely a highlight as we cooked most of our meals here. The dining table seats 10, so plenty of room to enjoy meals and play card games. Communication with Jen was very smooth. Her response time was immediate and if she wasn't going to be available, she let us know.Location was perfect, didn't have to go through the town to get to the mountain. It is close by to many restaurants and very quiet neighborhood.They have several streaming apps to enjoy and check out instructions were very easy, not much required to get yourself back on the road.Thank you Jen for making our stay home away from home.

Beautiful Property

Very clean, beautiful property with good view. Lots of awating, a huge dining table grwat for larger parties, plenty of amenities. Easy and fast communication with property owner. I stayed with my husband, adult children and their friends as well as our dogs, and there was plenty of space for everyone!

We really enjoyed our time in Mammoth as we always do. First and foremost our host Jen was awesome. She was very attentive and prompt to our needs. The place was very clean and inviting. The kitchen is beautiful and had everything we needed. I would say most places in Mammoth are not pet friendly. This place was awesome for our little 12 week old Yorkie. I thought that maybe a place would have that pet smell but it absolutely did not. I would say there are a few issues that the owner really has no control over, but people planning a stay here should be aware of. First, you have to climb four flights of stairs to get to the front door of the mud room. So if you have mobility issues just be aware. Once in the unit you also have stairs leading to the main living area and stairs leading to the bedrooms downstairs. The unit has new flooring so shoes should be removed before entering the unit. One word of caution there is a little optical illusion with the last step going down stairs. I myself missed it twice and one of our guests missed it as well. No one got hurt but just be careful. The living area is nice but in the summer there is very little ventilation. Fans are there, but circulate warm air. Winter would be a lot more comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Lastly the master shower is part of the jetted tube. You have to walk up a few steps and then it’s a little difficult to get in. It’s a little unsafe. Overall though it’s a great inviting place with a great host.

Mammoth Gem

We have traveled to mammoth dozens of times over the years and rented. This is by far the cutest lil condo we have stayed in. The condo is located near the golf course, grocery store and many nice trails that wind through a meadow as well as the creek. It is actually very deceiving in size. The 3 levels allow for enough space among guests without tripping over one another. The kitchen is spacious with all necessary pots/pans/baking dishes to cook for a large family. Communication was very easy with the owner as well as check in instructions. We will definitely be back.
