This beautiful remodeled town home has approximately 2,379 s.f., 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths. Great for larger groups! Sleeps 12 people. Largest unit in Snowcreek 4. Extra large hot tub (separate building). Beautiful creek in the backyard and ponds on the property. The Snowcreek athletic center is within walking distance (extra charge). Snowcreek Golf Course is also within walking distance (extra charge). Master bedroom has one king size bed and full bath (sleeps 2). Bedroom two (Second Master)also has a King size bed and full bath (sleeps 2). Bedroom three has a queen size bed and a loft bed (sleeps 3). Bedroom four has two bunk beds (sleeps 4). All bedrooms are upstairs. Double sleeper sofa downstairs in room next to kitchen (sleeps 1 adult of two kids). Sleeps a total of 12 people. Only 4 vehicles permitted. Park 2 in garage and 2 in driveway. No parking in other units driveways or in front of other units or on the grass. Fully stocked kitchen with new appliances including dishwasher. Total of six new flat screen T.V.'s (two downstairs and one in every bedroom). BBQ with propane on the outside deck. Washer and Dryer. No motor homes, RV parking, trailer parking per HOA policy. We have extra fast internet/WIFI (400 mbps). The free trolley/bus stop is a 12 minute walk from our property (on Old Mammoth Road). Very quiet area with lots of manicured open space (not like the new developments in Mammoth with the units on top of each other). We have another place in Snowcreek 4. This place is even nicer and bigger than in the pictures. The creek running in the backyard was an unexpected surprise. Even with 12 of us, we never felt cramped and there was plenty of room to spread out. We would totally stay here again.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It's spacious enough for a large family with plenty of room to entertain. The beds were comfortable, rooms were clean and kitchen is stocked very well. I would definitely stay here again!
Great space for group of 5 friends, for ski trip. Enough bedrooms, bed configurations, and bathrooms for privacy and quiet. Great common space for meals together and spreading out after skiing. Garage and ample parking is a plus. Hot tub a short walk away was appealing, glassed in but not entirely enclosed. Convenient location for parking at Eagle, shopping at Vons.
It is a well-organized townhome. We had a great time and everything was nice and clean. Thank you.

Great location to relax.....
This is the second time our friends and family had stayed here and will not be the last. There is plenty space for all of us to be together and enough rooms for privacy. We will definitely be back for our next trip up.

Great condo, acommadated our large family, kitchen fully stocked
We had a great time! This was our second time staying at this condo. Our family enjoys coming to Mammoth and this was the perfect place for our home base while we were here! We all felt at home in this beautiful, spacious condo. We would definitely stay here again!
The house was perfect for our ski trip. Great location, nice neighborhood and nice layout with attached garage. Kitchen had everything we needed. Owner was very responsive and helpful. The pictures and video give an accurate representation of the place.
Steve was a great host! Excellent communication and very helpful with weather alerts. He even checked that we made it ok to the home. A bus stop close by that can take you through town and to the slopes. From the home to location it has a wonderful woodsy feel of family.

Mammoth getaway
The property we stayed in the last week in centrally located between downtown Mammoth and Eagle or Canyon lodges. The property is very spacious and provides for multiple families to enjoy their stay in Mammoth. The property owners are responsive and great to work with. We will definitely be back.

An amazing summer
The house is beautiful and great location we have a great time. The owners are amazing people!! We love everything about the house so clean and they have everything that you will need to have a great time. We are even making plans to go back next year. Amazing time!! Thank you!!
We came up for my brothers birthday weekend, with my family of 13 we all fit perfectly fine. The house is clean and very organized! We had a small incident with one of the toilets and thankfully the owner had a plumber come up the very next day to fix it. After that we had an amazing weekend. Would definitely stay here again!
This property was exactly as advertised. It is a very nice unit in a nice setting. Property host was very responsive and provided some necessary additional information prior to our stay. We would definitely rebook.
We really enjoyed our stay here—the condo was clean, well stocked, really functional layout for 6 adults and 6 children ages 6-13. There was a perfect number of tables/chairs for dining and just enough room for 3 vehicles. The price was absolutely affordable and we’ve paid more to stay just a few blocks away, but will likely never do so again. Thank you so much! Great owner!

2nd time stay...perfect family house!
This was our second time staying and we absolutely love the place. We will be booking again next year! It's perfect for three small families to share....there is plenty of space and we never feel like are on top of each other. Very warm and cozy and has beautiful views with the creek. Steve is very responsive and checked in on us as a big snow storm arrived while we were there. Thank you Steve and Kelly!

The Best Place in SnowCreek
We have stayed in several places in SnowCreek and this was by far the best! The property was in perfect condition when we arrived. Very clean and tastefully decorated. It had plenty of room for my family of 5 plus two grandparents. There is even an attached garage which was a plus. Steve, the owner, was very responsive in providing us details of check in and was very easy to communicate with. We will definitely stay here next year! Thanks Steve!

Spacious Snowcreek Condo
This is the second time that our group of 3 families (9 people) stayed here during Spring Break. We really appreciate how all of us can stay comfortably without constantly being in each other's way. The kitchen is huge and a large living room area where our entire group can hang out and chat, play music and just relax together after a day of skiing. Easy to get to the Village from here by bus and great that it is the first stop, so always guaranteed a seat on the way there. Steve is a great host, very communicative and friendly and we all hope to repeat for our third stay next year.

Great value, spacious arrangement.
The Jone's Place is a gem in Mammoth. We almost did not leave a comment because we feared if we wanted to book the place in winter again someone would have already booked it! It's a great value for a large group.
Their place is VERY spacious, easily sleeps 13 people. Although the pullout couch in the nook is not very comfortable (which pullout is?) the remaining 11 people have comfortable and privacy.
There are so many PROS to their place: Everything is well taken care of and clean, garage easily fits 2 cars (at least one in the driveway), private BBQ grill, and great location.
The only minor issue we had was the ice maker did not make ice fast enough, but nothing a trip to the store for ice didn't fix.
We would HIGHY recommend renting from the Jones, we are already considering renting from them in the summer!
Nestled amongst the trees and adjacent to a flowing stream, Steves house was perfect for our vacation. It was clean and well equipped. The garage was large enough for two vehicles, two can park in the driveway and a large parking area just across from the home was fantastic. The neighborhood was quiet and our kids rode their bikes with ease.
There is a main family room and a secondary family room for the younger ones. Two dining tables were helpful, a large one for adults and a smaller one a few feet away for the kids. Plus a bonus table in the secondary family room for the kids to do homework.
The mud room provided ample storage. Washer and dryer were nice to have yet they leaked while we were there so we couldn't use them- the thought was nice though.
Kitchen was clean, bathrooms were outdated yet clean. Lots of windows in the rear brought the sounds of the stream into the home.
The home is close to everything and you can access the main town bike path from the entrance to the community. This is a fantastic home for your Mammoth visit!

Truly the best part of this house is the creek behind the house. So beautiful! It's a nice house, beds were comfortable, it was clean. The check out process is not great, it's earlier than any place I've ever stayed, home or hotel included. Also, be sure to read the rental agreement entirely, check out is very extensive so be prepared to leave yourselves hours to get out.
Our group of 11 enjoyed our stay at Steve & Kelly's. The layout was a good fit for our group. The kitchen is very well stocked and it is a good location for Mammoth mountain. The short walk (10 minutes) to the shuttle stop was a better option than fighting parking over at the resort. Only a few dings to mention in the upstairs gets rather warm while the downstairs stays cool. We were able to counter this with a few fans, but as a suggestion the house could use a ceiling fan in the vaulted ceiling of the main room. The oven did have a minor issue during our stay, but we were still able to use it and Kelly communicated to let us know about it while doing her best to get it repaired. A word of caution the garage will not fit a Ram 2500 (too long) and our group had 3 of them so we had to get creative with our driveway arrangement. I would certainly stay here again.

My family has been vacationing in the Mammoth areas for over 30 years. Every year I would dream about owning a place in Mammoth someday. Well in November of 2013, after semi-retiring, we finally purchased our place. Since then we have purchased another place in Snowcreek 4 (unit 624 Golden Creek) because we say the value in this location. We have completely remodeled both units. We live in the townhome part-time May through October. Our kids have grown up and we currently have 4 grand children. Steve is an owner of a General Contracting business in Southern California (semi retired). We live in Los Alamitos CA. We enjoy going to Church on Sundays and feel grateful that they have one of our Churches in town. We love fly fishing and spend a lot our time up there fly fishing the creeks, rivers and lakes. We love the restaurant options and enjoy taking walks nearby.
Why they chose this property
We purchased in Snowcreek 4 (November of 2013) because of a couple reasons. 1) The units were spread out with lots of landscaped space between and in back of the units (not like the newer developments where they build all the units side by side without much space in between). 2) It has a spacious two car garage. 3) They have many ponds and creeks running through the property with local access to trout fishing and which also made it a very beautiful space. 4) Snowcreek landscaping crews keep the area beautiful all year around (we do not have to worry about the outside). 5) It backs up to one of the most beautiful meadows with ponds and creeks that you will ever see. Just a beautiful place. 6) We feel that the Sierra Nevada Mountain range offers some of the most spectacular scenery in the world and Mammoth Lakes is right in the heart of it all. 7) It's a big unit and sleeps a lot of people which is very cost effective when you have a large group.
What makes this property unique
We have a spacious 2 car garage and a driveway that can park 2 more. Snowcreek 4 has a new hot tub. It is in a separate building not far from our unit. One of the nice things that separates our place from others is the size and set up with many beds. It can sleep 12 people. This is a very spacious place. It can comfortably sleep 2-3 families which helps keep the cost down if you split the payment into 2-3 families (much cheaper than a hotel). The town of Mammoth Lakes has a free trolley that stops very close to our unit (a 3 minute walk). It operates every 20 minutes from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 pm and every 30 minutes from 10:00 pm to 2 am. It is a very quite area with lots of space and walking trails for walking and bike riding. It is close to the ski slopes and offers free transportation to the Mammoth Ski area. In our opinion Snowcreek 4 is the nicest town home-condo complex in Mammoth.
