Beach getaway

Overall great place but had some trouble using code for front door and never received code for pool. Also a lot is expected when checking out even though you pay a cleaning fee and cleaning crew came before checkout time of 10 because some of our party left earlier than others. Biggest complaint is the thermostat couldn’t be controlled. We would have liked it cooler at night when sleeping. No access to the garage and very little beach items for housing 7 people. We couldn’t find what coffee to buy (cups or ground) since it wasn’t listed

Hi Cheryl, we’re sorry you had a few issues with the technology. In the future we hope you’ll reach out and let us know of these issues - we do provide our cell for immediate response or you can message us on the app! The property managers number is also at your unit! VRBO should have sent over any checkin/gate codes - we’ve let them know this was an issue to hopefully prevent this in the future. Our unit has both a coffee maker and Keurig for whatever you prefer! Although there’s no garage access, we do have a front closet for your items along with some courtesy beach equipment. We try to keep a few items for our guest to use like beach towels, umbrellas, chairs, toys, and more but as stated in the listing, we can’t guarantee your entire party will have a chair, for example. Luckily, there are plenty of beach rental companies that will deliver and setup your chairs beachfront! We appreciate your feedback and for staying with us during your vacation!
