About this property

Cozy Ski Cabin - Free Shuttle Village & Rec Center

Located in Northstar California Resort. Walking distance to the village in spring, summer & fall. This 3 bedroom, 1 loft, 2 bath home provides a hot tub & firepit on a private deck, a sauna & more. Our cozy cabin is the perfect place for up to 8 guests to enjoy. This cabin has been in our family since 2012. We love this cabin and frequent it often. As our lives have gotten busier we have decided to share our special place with other like minded others who enjoy the mountain life and activities.

All rooms are nicely appointed. We take pride in our cabin. This is not an investment property but a second home. Please treat this space with care.

You will have access to our entire property. Except our garage is locked off to guests. You can cross the creek to walk to the village in the back. Try not to walk intentionally on neighboring properties.

I am available by this app, telephone, text or email. We have a local property manager that will assist with any in person immediate matters.

Located inside Northstar California resort. Close to Village and Recreation center. Shopping, Dining, Skiing, Entertainment

No need to worry about parking! Free Shuttle will take you to the village, recreation center and golf course.

We have bear fencing and mats installed. We had an issue with a mama bear and her cubs getting into the house a few summers ago. The electric fence will shock the bears and you if you touch while it is on. It is similar to cattleguard and considered to be the most humane way to keep the bears out of houses and safe. Be bear wise. A fed bear is a dead bear. We are lucky to vacation in their habitat. The bear fence is turned on and off at the front door. Do not play or fool around with the fencing. Its not a toy and we are not responsible if someone wants to disregard our warning not to touch it.

This home is perfect for 1-2 families. This is not a large space by any means. We have maxed out the living and sleeping areas so that up to 8 adults can enjoy
