Our home is one of the best rentals on the island! It is a large, relaxing, convenient and most importantly a spotless vacation home. It is set up perfectly for large families to enjoy a relaxing vacation while having no cares.

This luxurious 3,000 square foot waterfront home equipped with an elevator in Wildwood, NJ boasts 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms & multiple decks that offer stunning views of the picturesque canal and bay @ Ottens Harbor. The home is designed to take full advantage of its waterfront location, with expansive windows and sliding glass doors that allow natural light to flood the interior and provide panoramic views from the main living areas.

The open-concept living space features high-end finishes such as vaulted ceilings, 8ft tall solid wood doors throughout, tile flooring through the entire home and a marble-wrapped fireplace.

The gourmet kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line appliances, touchless kitchen faucet, quartz countertops and an extra large island providing 5 additional seats along with 6 seats at the dining table. The kitchen/dining area is fully equipped with a coffee/cocktail bar that hosts a Keurig for K-Cups & Carafe for drip coffee & along with mugs and a variety of cocktail glasses, martini shakers. A large beverage/wine refrigerator to store your beer, drinks & wine is included in the bar area as well.

Off of the great room/kitchen area on the top floor you will find 2 separate sliding doors that lead to a very wide and deep deck that is half covered and half uncovered. Being afraid of getting rained out and stuck inside during your vacation is not a worry here due to the multiple covered decks that face the water. There is a table with 6 chairs for your outdoor meals along with a few adirondack chairs to relax and enjoy a cocktail as you watch the boats sail up and down Ottens Harbor. In this area you will also have your gas grill that is hooked up directly to a gas line (no propane tank fills are needed).

All 4 bedrooms are very large and comfortable, with the master suite featuring a spa-like bathroom hosting a soaking tub coupled with an extra large walk in shower and an exhaust fan with bluetooth speaker. The 2nd full bathroom has both a walk-in shower and bathtub, while the 3rd full bathroom includes a walk-in shower

The elevated standard of living is further enhanced by the convenience of the elevator that stops at all 3 floors so there is no need to worry about carrying your children and belongings during your stay up and down steps (great if you are traveling with older or handicapped family members). This is an upside down home, so your kitchen/living/dining area are on the top floor to maximize your view.
