Gorgeous Beach House in a Private Cove

*30 Day HOA Minimum* - Located in a private cove, steps to the once-rated world's safest beach, protected by the Channel Islands on the ocean side and an estuary on the mountain side, this is truly a cherished place. It is walking distance to quaint downtown Carpinteria with restaurants, shops, breweries, farmers' market, and good coffee. Whether spending the day with kids on the beach on kayaks, watching the sunset from the beach or from the private jacuzzi, or exploring Santa Barbara, this beach house carries generations of fond memories and we hope you will find your stay as delightful as our family has.
We have a 30 day minimum per the HOA and accept reservations up to a year in advance. Sorry we are not able to accept anything shorter! Thank you!

Celebrating Summer

Our stay was fantastic from the excellent check in until the last day. We love this beautiful beach house which was well stocked with everything necessary to make good food, entertain guests with en-suite bedrooms, and water toys for kayaking, paddle and boogie boarding. We will return!
