Central Florida Retreat 55+ Resort Community One Month Minimum
Fully furnished mid-term rental (min. 30 days) in 55+ Resort Style Community. All renters must be 55 or older, residency application with background check required (fees paid by tenant). Access available to community amenities including pools, hot tubs, golf courses (greens fees not included), clubhouse, workout facility and special events. Rental has a screened in Lenai, washer and dryer and golf cart. Rental includes electric, water & sewer.
