About this property

Your Alaskan adventure awaits! Perfectly located at the southern end of the valley, you'll enjoy the mountain and Turnagain Arm views with hiking/biking trails right in your back yard!
Each bedroom has a queen bed, private bath/shower, large closet, tall dresser, and private patio. The east facing room has a 40" tv and Roku streaming device with guest mode for relaxing after a long day playing outside.
Very open and bright kitchen/dining/living area with lots of southern facing windows. Breakfast bar seats 3-4, dining area seats 4-6, and living area has large sectional with 55" tv also with Roku streaming device. There is also a west facing patio with seats for 4 to catch the midnight sun.
On the lower level of the house there is a small gym/yoga area with small tv/dvd player, and a pull up bar with full TRX workout system.
Year round transportation around Girdwood is provided by glaciervalleytransit.com for a dollar per trip and offers many pick up/drop off locations (schedule can be found online).
