Wonderful Stay

We loved the house! It had all the necessities and had a foosball table and darts. The backyard was cool and the house was decorated so cute too! Beds were super comfy. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall good

Overall the house was good. It was nice to have a kitchen with pans and utensils. However, we did find a couple giant cockroaches in the rooms and it’s not in the best neighborhood. Wasn’t bad in the grand scheme of things but probably wouldn’t do again!

Overpriced property

Best part was the shower on the master bedroom, however there are no towel racks on the bathroom. Plenty of clean and new towels are provided.Property is dusty, with ceiling fans needing cleaning, same as the plenty of plastic plants around.We killed 4 Roaches, several spiders spotted as well.Lamp fixture are dusty and windows filthy, needing a good cleaning.Finally, sleeping is at a premium, specially since we roll in our sleep, and the bed creaks all the time.Really NOT worth the price

Cute House Near Arboretum

We enjoyed the house near the Arboretum. Host was easy to communicate with. Check in instructions were clear. House was well appointed for our family with two teenage boys.

Christmas at The Cottage

My family and I stayed at The Cottage this Christmas while visiting my daughter in Dallas. Everything was just as I hoped and expected it to be. There was plenty of room for our family group of 6 to move around, sleep, and get comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked, the bathrooms were roomy and well equipped. The backyard was very spacious and family focused. And… the deck and string lights were great!Thank you so much for a wonderful Christmas gathering homey home!!!

Adorable Casa Linda Getaway

This home exceeded all of our expectations! It was perfect for our group of 5 and had plenty of activities to keep adults and kids alike occupied. Stocked with anything we needed and the location was perfect. We were able to make a quick trip to the Dallas Arboretum right down the road which was fantastic. Close to many good restaurants and grocery stores. Host was very responsive to questions. We will be back next time we are in Dallas!

Family cottage

The house was very clean. However, the pine-sal smell was overwhelming. Bedrooms were spacious and plenty of seating. Adorable backyard and included lots of games to play. Nice large master bathroom but could use a handrail of some kind in the shower (it was slick). Overall it was a great little house and would definitely recommend it!

Renovated delight

A lot of details weee put into place with this home. It was cute as can be. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen (for what we needed), bright and cozy living area. The location was good for getting around. We drove and ride shared to downtown, highland park, deep Ellum and Rockwall. Everything took about 20 minutes but just a few miles away. Hey, it’s Dallas!

Friend getaway

The house was so nice and comfortable, with the location being excellent for our trip. We visited The Arboretum to see the tulips and it was so close and easy to get to. We also walked around White Rock Lake which was also only minutes away. The weather was excellent so the back yard and back porch were put to use. It was a perfect getaway.

Great stay! Great location!

Our stay at this east Dallas cottage was fantastic. The property was clean and accurately depicted in the description. Its proximity to various restaurants and activities was a plus. We enjoyed our visits to The Smokey Rose and Dallas Arboretum. We would gladly stay here again!
