Newly Remodeled in 2020, Amazing Great Room/Kitchen! Sleeps 7

Enjoy this recently fully remodeled top to bottom unit with an amazing great room featuring a new kitchen, living room, large flat screen TV and dining room. The downstairs bath and the loft with its upstairs bath and shower have been remodeled. One of nicest and quietest upstairs units in the entire complex. This unit has a view of the pool, golf course and is one of the quietest units in the complex. Most of the units in the complex are on the main road, overlook a mobile home park and have not been remodeled. The new custom kitchen has new appliances, cabinets white granite countertops as well as a fully stocked kitchen. The unit an elevated open beam ceiling in the Great Room full of light which can seat six family members in the comfortable living room couches, recliner and rocking chair plus three at the beautiful granite countertop. For meals six family members can be seated in the living room plus three at the countertop.

Walk out the parking lot to the bus stop #46 and have a 4 minute bus ride to Eagle Lodge. Buses come every 20 minutes. Enjoy the bedroom downstairs which has a queen bed with a full bath and the large loft/bedroom upstairs which has a full size bed, bunk bed, twin bed, and large TV. This condominium is in an established popular project overlooking the mountain and the Sierra Star Golf Course and close to Vons and restaurants. After a hard day on the snow relax with a short walk to the Lobby, the laundry room, game room, large new sauna and large remodeled jacuzzi. After hiking or skiing, take the bus or walk to Dining or Shopping on Old Mammoth Road. This valued quiet upstairs unit is one of the most popular in the complex with a large Great Room with a charming river rock fireplace. Outside is a ski closet to store your skis and boards and has sleds for the kids to use.

There are two parking spaces available. The game room next door has a billiard table, ping pong table and video games. Note: TOT #7976-0001.

We had a great stay at Sunshine Village Condos. The location is super convenient, especially being so close to the bus stop (Green Line to Eagle Lodge), which was a huge plus during winter conditions. It snowed over three feet during our two-night stay, and the snow removal service was top-notch, making everything feel safe and accessible. The condo was clean, cozy, and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked with plenty of cookware and dishes, and the portable heaters kept the space warm and comfortable. Communication with the host was excellent throughout. Would definitely stay again.

Labor Day Weekend - 2013

Sunshine Village is such a relaxing environment. Nice accommodations that are beautifully maintained. Everything you need for any type of vacation - close to town, tennis court, swimming pool, spa, hot tub, laundry and BBQ's. Highly recommend this condo complex!

Great get away

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The place was well equipped and there was plenty of room for my family of four. Location was great with easy access to town, mountain and stores/restaurants. Bill was available and responded for any questions I had. I would recommend to others for sure!

This rental had everything we were looking for with a group of 8 adults going on a ski weekend. Very convenient location. Stems from the bus stop. The jacuzzi was big. The owner was easy to communicate and deal with. Would definitely stay here again!

Great condo, great location, perfect for familes!!!

Just spend a week at this condo. We had a total of 5 kids and 2 adults, and this unit was perfect. Lots of space for the kids, and plenty of beds in the loft. Location is perfect, close to everything. Condo unit is located right above the pool, which the kids loved. Owner provided lots of amenties in the condo, including bed linens, kitchen utensils, etc, etc. I would recommend this condo for anyone looking for a great place to stay in Mammoth that is close to everything!!! Thanks!!!!

Amazing cabin!

This cabin is the one for you! I mean we got a killer deal on the price compared to everything else in that area, and the convinence of the place is unmatchable. It's about 40ft walking distance to the shuttle and that's what takes you everywhere. Staying at this cabin you'll never need to drive anywhere. The cabin has everything you need extra blankets, dishes, cooking supplies and tons of sleeping places! We went with 8 grown men and we honestly had a bunch of room. Oh and dawn is extremely available answered all my questions extremely quickly. The cabin is great and I will definitely be going back!!

Great stay!

Perfect for a big group! We had 8 people - 4 couples - and this place was just perfect. Two couples shared the loft in close quarters, but for us it worked out just fine. The downstairs sofa will foam pad and doors that close to make the living room another bed room made it that much better. I wish more condo owners would think of that! The place is in good shape and is very comfortable. Parking was no problem for the group and check in/check out was so easy. Mostly offline booking and payment is not the usual these days, but the owner was very friendly and accommodating, making the booking process easy enough. We'll definitely be back! Thanks for the great stay.
