Overall the house was quite nice - very clean, well stocked, with two separate outdoor spaces, one with shade, the other without. Location is convenient to Grand Lake as well as Rocky Mountain National Park. Coffee maker was excellent (and well used).
There were several minor issues. The crib is in the master bedroom and too large to be moved to another room, which limits sleeping arrangements. A smaller crib would be better. The television was Roku and difficult to operate, written instructions would have helped. Wifi was spotty, maybe because there were four of us on phones, plus a laptop and the TV. Finally, the dumpster for trash removal is up the road a bit, which would have been fine if the code on the padlocks had worked. It didn't, so we had to take our trash home.
These minor problems notwithstanding, the house is quite comfortable.
