Welcome. This 2 bedroom, 2 full bath beach house is fully equipped and is very well maintained both interior and exterior. All appliances and fixtures are very recent. Guest capacity is 6. The property is just a 3 minute walk to the beach at access point 78, the entrance to what is generally recognized as one of the world's best beaches. The property is located 4 miles west of Pier Park in the more tranquil part of Panama City Beach. Numerous shops and restaurants are located in Pier Park. Also in the pier Park are is the Dog Beach, where animals are permitted.

Great Location and Homey Feel

We loved our stay here! My parents, my spouse, our two dogs, and I stayed for a weekend here and it was perfect! The beach is just a short walk from the home and you can easily drive to restaurants and the main strip of PCB.

This is a great place to stay. The house is comfy and cozy. The neighborhood is quiet. It is just a few minutes walk to the beach. Host is great with communication. We look forward to our next visit to PCB!

Short Walk To Beach

We did enjoy our stay at this property. A block from the beach access. Loved taking our dog with us. The only issues were the master bathroom shower head needs to be changed out and the floors need to be mopped.

The shower head will be replaced immediately and the floors, which are laminate throughout, will be thoroughly cleaned before the property is occupied again.

Great place! Close to BEAUTIFUL Laguna beach access!

House was very clean, communication was clear and kind. Very convenient to the beach! We rented a golf cart to help lug everything to the beach… However a walk to the beach would not have been bad at all. Close in proximity to Winn-Dixie to grab groceries and close to Buddy’s seafood to get some awesome tuna dip. We would stay here again. Please note the master bedroom bed is very firm, and the queen bed in the second bedroom was slightly firm. The house had plenty of blankets and very comfortable couches and chairs.
