Lake front 3 bedroom 2 bath house with dock. Floor plan is open with large living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, utensils, dishes, and coffee maker. Laundry room with full sized washer and dryer. Outdoor grill for cooking out. Swim dock with accessibility to dock boat next to it.
The Branch is located on the west side of the lake, approximately 10 miles from Graham. Several restaurants are within a few miles.
