This property was very nice and as advertised. My only problem is that it was on the third floor and NO elevators. Although they did tell me after booking and gave me an option to retract my stay. I figured it would be ok even though I have health issues. I would not suggest this hotel unless you can reserve a bottom floor room. Other than that this place is awesome.

We loved our time at The Beach House! Tamara was extremely communicative throughout the whole booking process and with any questions we had during our trip. The condo was clean and as pictured in the photos. It’s the perfect size for a family of 4 and right on the beach which was our favorite part! There were beach chairs and umbrellas available and a (small) washer and dryer in the unit. The decor had a comfortable coastal vibe and the beds /couch ect were comfortable. The pool was clean but a bit chilly in April! We didn’t want to leave but can’t wait to visit again!!

The property’s proximity to the beach was phenomenal. I loved being able to watch the sunrise from the balcony with a cup of coffee. And hearing the ocean from the master bedroom. Being steps away from a walk on the beach was wonderful. The unit was clean and cozy. The host was always responsive. Looking forward to a return visit.

Wonderful experience

We enjoyed our stay! Everything was so clean and fresh! The kitchen was well equipped and coffee was even provided which was so nice the first morning as I had not been to grocery store yet! I would love to stay here again and highly recommend!

Great on the beach location. We enjoyed the sunrise from the balcony. I did buy kitchen towels, but there was a sponge. Lots of dishes, pots and plans. The beds were comfortable. It is easy to get around the area. We enjoyed going down to Brookgreen Gardens.

Great trip!

We really enjoyed our stay! It’s right on the beach, the property was clean, and Tamra was very helpful and responsive. The pool was also an added bonus for our daughter and to get some relief from the beach. We love Garden City, and this was the perfect place for the three of us. We look forward to coming back. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessary items. Just steps away from the beach, access was a breeze. The swimming pool was clean with plenty of outdoor showers/hoses to clean off sand before entering. We will recommend the condo to friends in the area and would return in the future.

Family trip

Condo was very comfortable for two adults and two children. It was very nicely stocked which enabled us to enjoy our afternoon without rushing to the store. The balcony had comfortable chairs with a direct view of the beach. We were so happy to see that the beach was not crowded in front of condo the entire week. It seems to be nestled nicely between a public access and other large buildings. The decor is exactly as advertised. We hope to stay here again!

This property had an amazing view, was clean and had everything we needed! Check in/out process was seamless, unit had plenty of towels, extra blankets, pillows, etc. Location was amazing, walk downstairs and you are right on the beach, which made life easier with kids and not having to carry our beach belongings far. Pool was also great and there were plenty of hoses available around the property to wash off the sand. Only downfall was that it is a 3rd floor unit with no elevator, so hot humid weather wasn’t fun to climb three floors….but we planned our outings to only have to go up a few times per day and it was fine. Highly recommend!
