Beautiful 3-bedroom 3-bathroom home located right next to Wolf Creek golf course and clubhouse. This house has two master suites with king size beds, walk-in closets and private bathrooms. A third bedroom has a queen bed and its own bathroom. The home sports great views from the master bedroom balcony and is a wonderful place to entertain family and friends. From the tiled flooring to the new appliances and TV’s, this place provides a warm and inviting experience. Sit on the back patio and enjoy the water feature and views. The new owners have made many upgrades. The two master bedrooms and bathrooms were remodeled featuring Pergola laminate floors, granite countertops, and a deluxe tile double shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking and baking equipment. This comfortable home is truly a vacation PARADISE.
Your stay includes a daily value of $510 in complimentary activities. Starting September 15th, 2024, every reservation of 27 days or less will automatically include free tickets to top attractions such as golfing, Zion tours, and more, offering you exceptional experiences each day of your stay.
Cable is included with your reservation, with the Golf Channel! Please bring the login to your favorite streaming app if you wish to use those. Call the office to if you have additional questions regarding cable/streaming services. Various channels, including sports news, etc., are not guaranteed.

Mesquite is home to 7 golf courses and is within 45 minutes of many more either in St. George UT or at the Coyote Springs Golf course. There are 3 casinos within 5 miles and the town is right off of I-15. From here you can go north to Zion's National Park or Bryce Canyon National Park. Head south to visit the Valley of Fire.
This central location is a great starting point for all of your vacation destinations!!!
