Beautiful oceanside home on Mere Point with large deck to enjoy the views across the bay to Birch Island. Walk down the oceanfront steps right to the water. Kayaks available to enjoy a paddle around our part of Casco Bay, walk to Paul's Marina for ice cream or a lobster roll. Minutes from Brunswick public boat launch. Our two bedroom home has a fully equipped kitchen, including coffee maker, lobster pot, and cookware fit for a chef. Premium mattresses with Cuddledown bedding, queen pull out in the cathedral ceilinged living room. Full laundry room so you don't go home with laundry to do. WiFi enabled for any work you need to do while hiding away seaside. Minutes to downtown Brunswick and Bowdoin College, 15 minutes to LL Bean and downtown Freeport. Great location to explore Bath, Boothbay Harbor, Portland and more. Living space is located on the second floor, with garage and laundry room on the ground floor. Parent's Trip to Maine

The owner made my parents 52 anniversary extra special by leaving flowers, champagne, charcuterie, etc! They really enjoyed having a kitchen with the basics supplied. It was a great stay!

Amazing Stay

Our stay at Amy's place could not have veen more perfect. Maine is my family's summer getaway and this was our first time staying on Mere Point. We booked very last-minute and from booking to check-out, Amy was probably the best host we've ever had. We were greeted by a bottle of wine and the kids were very excited to see snacks waiting for them upon our arrival. At first, I was a little worried that we were not right on the water, but the view from the house is still beautiful and it's only a short walk down to the bay. We had our morning coffee on the front deck as well as evening cocktails. The faint sound of seagulls, tide rising, and the wind blowing in the trees was so calming. Inside, the view from the kitchen is just as beautiful with lots of big windows. We had everything we needed to cook and enjoy a meal "at home". The beds were very comfortable and we slept well the entire visit. Overall, it was a fantastic stay and we would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Weekend Getaway

This was the perfect home for our weekend getaway. Amy is an amazing host and thought of everything for an enjoyable stay. The home was very clean and very well appointed down to the games for a rainy evening. Located near Freeport and New Brunswick we had plenty of options for shopping and restaurants. A boat launch near by made it easy to launch our kayaks for some island camping. We will definitely be back!!

Wonderful Short Visit

Our first visit to the Mere Point area and so glad we were able to enjoy it at this property. The host goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The kitchen is well stocked with what you need, including welcoming snacks and some basics to avoid the need to find a store immediately. The weather was beautiful for our stay, and we made good use of the comfortable deck. Would definitely recommend this property for a relaxing Maine coast stay.

Maine get-away

The house is well-equipped for a relaxing stay by the water. We enjoyed a week there with our children, although we spent a lot of time touring the area with nearby family and not a considerable amount at the cottage itself. Our children enjoyed using the kayaks. Hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns.
