Clean up any pet waste in the yard. Clean any excessive pet fur or pet messes in the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Quiet times between 10:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m. No parties. Please remove shoes, wipe pet’s feet before entering.
The entire upper unit is yours. We do have a permanent tenant in the unit below. No shared spaces in unit. Front yard is for guests.
Pick up pet waste in yard, take out all trash, strip beds and place laundry by washer before leaving. Start dishwasher before leaving.

Wonderful home and close to everything!

Beautiful Victorian

We loved this house. The house has beautiful original woodwork, porch, and hardwood floors, and every inch has been updated. The bedding is super comfortable. We had a great stay!

Great home. Trendy furnishings (two farmhouse sinks!) but didn’t feel stuffy. Feels like someone lives there, not a flipped property done just for VRBO. Will stay again.

Great location

We spent 5 days at the Cozy Historic Home in Rapid City with kids age 1-8 and the place was close to many activities for the kids as well as hikes to the Badlands, Custer Park and Wind Cave. An hour away to Deadwood. Our host was very responsive and made everything great. Highly recommended!
