Looking for some quiet outdoor time? Enjoy it right on the property with two different options. In the front of the home you will find a private, furnished patio; or head to the back of the unit to enjoy our semiprivate area with outdoor dining space and a gas grill.

When you decide to take a break for experiencing our beaches, waterways, town or attractions, relax in the living room with a large smart TV and comfy seating.

Great place to stay while visiting! Spacious, clean, and stocked with all of the essentials. Having both the front porch and back patio available is a huge plus, both were great places to hang out with friends. Only downside is parking, if you have more than 1 vehicle, finding spots on the street can be challenging but doable.

The host was very accomodating throughout the rental process. The house was nicely renovated including a beautiful back patio & large, covered front porch. The house is located very close to uptown Saugatuck. We would love to come back another time:)

The house was clean and a great location! Perfect place for a girls’ trip. Not sure about the limited parking. I was glad no one was there in the other 3 parking spots. Would stay there again though!

We could not have asked for a better base from which to explore Saugatuck and Douglas! The property was ideally located. We parked and, aside from visits to Oval Beach, Douglas and Fennville, left our car while we walked to explore galleries, stores, bars and restaurants. We were delighted to get the text for an early check-in. Everything was in pristine shape with comfy pillows and beds, great showers, a roomy kitchen and cozy seating areas. We enjoyed a glass of wine in the shared backyard that felt very cocooned from the busy streets only a few steps away. Communication with our hosts was detailed, thorough and fast. We appreciated not having to jostle for parking spaces. Our rental was so close we could drop packages off and continue shopping with great ease. That proximity was lovely when it came time for cocktail and dinners -- no need to have a designated driver since we were able to walk everywhere. It was a stellar backdrop for our girls weekend!

Family weekend

Awesome stay in Saugatuck

Beautiful rental and it was perfect for the 6 adults that were in my group. Very clean, comfortable beds, beautiful courtyard but we spent every morning on the front porch. Close walk to downtown. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway! Hoping

Very impressed with the property! Everything was perfect! We loved how clean it was and how very organized it was in the bathrooms and kitchen. It was obvious you guys have excellence as a standard and it shows. The only thing I would suggest is that if you have some extra money laying around you should update the showers :-))Overall the property is awesome!!!!

Awesome Place!

This home was exactly what we were looking for... updated, clean, and an easy walk to the shops, bars, and restaurants on Butler and Water street; it is exactly as pictured. Communication was great - we had a few questions and were looking for a few suggestions while we were there and response was very prompt with great options. We plan to revisit the area and will definitely stay here again! There are additional units available to rent if you have a larger group; we'll take advantage of that option on our repeat stay!
