About this property

My favorite room in the house is the back porch with British Indies and rattan furniture with white wicker. The perfect place to relax after that outdoor shower and a day at the beach. I also love my living room with it's expansive library and collectables. The kitchen is fully equipped and you will find freshly made muffins upon your arrival! (I love to bake.) There are 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, plus the outdoor shower, fully stocked kitchen, dining table, living room and the porch, nice yard and gardens.
The master bedroom and office are not available for use and there is a caretaker on site in a private basement apartment.

I am an artist, a collector and a wedding coordinator. However, the majority of my career has been in the hospitality and customer service industry.

Why they chose this property

It's quite, out of town, yet near the airport (easy to fly over Chinese food from Dragon Lite in Hyannis!, yes we do this.) It's on the bike path and bus line to town.

What makes this property unique

It's decor. I've worked hard over the years to create a warm and inviting home which I want to share with others. The ocean is very inspiring and the colors in the home are blues, yellows and lots of seashells. I want my guests to feel at home and relaxed.
