Less than four miles away from the Whaling Museum and Brant Point Lighthouse, this home offers a quiet escape from town while still being centrally located to island attractions.

This shingled, three-level home is a Nantucket classic, yet it's also full of such modern comforts as central AC and complimentary WiFi. Come home from a day spent at the beach to relax on the patio, use the gas grill to host an afternoon barbecue, and prepare a few side dishes in the well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, subway tile backsplash, and an eat-in table. A washer/dryer is available for your laundry needs. A flatscreen cable TV with streaming capability is also provided for your nightly entertainment.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
