We loved our time at Gathering Tree as it had so many possibilities for 38 people for a family reunion with both houses marrying each other in some degree with the amenities to draw the family together plus, Flagstaff is such a sweet historical area. Nicole was so amazing and the thoughtful about different aspects that she would share so that our stay was as wonderful as it turned out to be.

We had a wonderful family reunion here. It comfortably fit our family with 55 people. Everyone was able to have their own space and the main kitchen was able to fit everyone for meals and gathering. The amenities were great and everyone enjoyed the game room offerings. It has a great location for all of the activities that Flagstaff has to offer. The team at Gathering Tree were so helpful and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at the Gathering Tree Ultimate Village for our family reunion. The two homes were perfect for our large group, with plenty of space to gather and lots of great amenities.The host was exceptional—very responsive and quick to address any questions or concerns during our stay.The property could benefit from some routine updates and a refresh of a few kitchen items and amenities, which is understandable in a large, heavily used vacation rental. We shared our feedback with the host, who was appreciative and plans to address those items for future guests.Overall, these were minor items and didn’t take away from an amazing week together. We’d definitely recommend this property for large groups visiting the Flagstaff area.

Great communication, great place!

We stayed here for a company retreat, and the space worked wonderfully for our needs. There were plenty of places for people to eat and socialize together, which is exactly what we needed. This property is in a quiet neighborhood but was easily accessible to all the activities and stores we needed to get to. One thing to note is that wifi and cell service did not extend to all parts of the property, but that can possibly be fixed with a wifi extender. Otherwise, it was very easy communicating with the host -- they had great recommendations for food and activities when asked and was quick to respond when we had questions about the property or check-out directions. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone with large groups!

This Place is Huge!

Our gathering had a lot of fun here, everywhere you turn there’s more space and more things to do; air hockey, shuffle board, cornhole, pool table, rock wall… There are so many beds and bathrooms that we had tons of space and plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen has seating and more seating, and was well stocked for everything we wanted to cook, including a BBQ. The house was clean and well kept. The only thing I might let others know is that it is not far away from the hustle and bustle, it’s surrounded by apartments. It would be helpful to send a picture of the house to all guests you have invited because Google maps had a lot of our guests pulling into the neighboring apartment complex.
