We had an excellent stay. The property matches photos on site, was very clean, has beautiful views of the lake from multiple rooms across the house (especially the master bedroom), and a nicely arranged deck and fire pit area. The highlight was the well designed game & movie room, which was thoroughly enjoyed by all. The check in/out process was smooth and we appreciated being able to add a little extra time to our stay.

This rental was perfect! I can’t say enough good things about the property! The movie theater setup was really nice, as well as the game room! We enjoyed ourselves immensely, and being on the water was an added bonus. The owners went out of their way to be accommodating! I highly recommend this property for all ages.

Our rental home and stay was unbelievable. Beyond what we were imagining. Very clean and everything you could have wanted was there to make our stay perfect. The game room was a Hit with all 11 of us (5 teenagers included). The accommodations fit perfect. Everyone had their space. The huge deck overlooked the beautiful East Jordan Lake with more than enough sitting for everyone to gather. We were lucky to rent a pontoon boat for a couple of days and toured the lake and onto Lake Charlevoix. We enjoyed a couple camp fires with the awesome fire pit (plenty of wood). Nice dock. Kids even tried fishing off of it. Not too far away was Charlevoix Boyne City & Petoskey. Loved the shopping and restaurants. Super great place for 11 of us. Thank you David and Laurie. Great Hosts. We will recommend this VRBO Home to everyone

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts answered any questions we had in a matter of minutes. The home had everything needed to make our stay delightful. The outside had everything to make our visit fun, firepit, paddle boards, lots of tables and comfortable chairs and views of the lake inside and out. The kitchen was very well equipped and two refrigerators helped with the food for 12 people.
Great game room.

Great spot for a family lake vacation

This was a great property to enjoy with our big family over the 4th of July. Plenty of sleeping space, a well working air conditioner, beautiful views, and a great yard. David was very communicative leading up to our stay and responded quickly when we had questions while visiting. We definitely recommend you take a nice relaxing vacation at this charming house on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix.

We absolutely loved our stay! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very welcoming. One of the best parts was the lake access—we enjoyed spending time by the water, relaxing, and taking in the beautiful views. It made the whole experience extra special and peaceful. The location was perfect, with easy access to everything we needed, yet it still felt private and relaxing. The home was well-stocked with all the essentials, and the little touches made it feel like home away from home.Communication with the host was smooth and prompt, which made check-in and check-out super easy. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway spot.

Everything it was supposed to be!

The owners have done an amazing job with this rental. Everything is as advertised in the listing. House was clean, view was spectacular, and everything worked. The additional Game Room/Movie Room was a huge hit with the 5 kids we had with us. The views from the master bedroom upstairs are perfect. Incredible sunsets down at the huge fire pit. Nothing not to like about this property.

Beautiful!

We were all so pleased with everything about this beautiful retreat - the preteens were thrilled with the rec room while the adults relaxed in the soothing site of the south arm of lake Charlevoix dressed in gorgeous fall colors. On top of that, the owners were very thoughtful & responsive. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us.
