The Space:
This is a single story home backing up to a large, green, backyard area. You are about a block to the communal pool and tennis courts. One block to the La Quinta Hotel and Resort which has a World Class Spa. You will not have hotel resort privileges with this rental.

The beautiful living area is bright with lots of windows and features a large screen TV, and beautiful fireplace. A newly remodeled kitchen makes this house even nicer. The view of the surrounding mountains from the kitchen eating area is wonderful. The master suite has a private bath, flat screen TV and a King bed. One guest bedroom consists of a double bed and a sit to stand desk. The other guest room consists of a double bed, bunk beds, and ample desk space. This space is perfect for large groups or families traveling together. All the comforts of home for your vacation getaway!

You will not have resort amenities with this rental, but you are welcome to dine at the resort restaurants and book a reservation at the public resort spa or golf courses.
