Make every day a spa day in the home’s luxurious bathrooms. Both king suites have their own bathrooms with the convenience of zero entrance walk-in showers. Enjoy a bubble bath in the free-standing two-person tub in the main bedroom, or use the steam shower with three shower heads. Radiant floor heating keeps your toes warm, and you can use the remote to control the motorized shades - open to take in the outdoors or closed for privacy.

We don’t use a management company. We manage it ourselves, and we are always here for you should you need something. We also love to enjoy the best, and we want you to enjoy the best, so we have high end items throughout.

Guest Access:

- GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home with the exception of the 3rd garage and a few locked cabinets. Free parking for up to 6 vehicles in driveway.

- RVs & Trailers: Are not allowed to be parked at homes in Sunriver. Sunriver has a short-term RV/trailer storage lot available for a small daily fee.

- FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including 3 Pack ’n Play cribs, 2 highchairs, children’s books and dinnerware.

- PETS: We have a no-pet policy. Thank you for understanding.


Other Things to Note:

- The property has actively recording cameras outside the home to protect the property and your safety. No cameras are inside nor in the hot tub area.

- The property is located in a wooded area. Expect to see wildlife like deer passing by.

-There is a $100 fee if vehicles are in the driveway past checkout time and a different checkout time has not been pre-arranged.

- Damage Protection: You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $5,000 in "all-risk" damage protection.

The $65 charge listed as a property fee is for the damage waiver. We offer this in lieu of a security deposit. Although rare, accidental damage sometimes happens. With all-in damage protection, you can rest easy. See our home manual for details.
