Hello! Welcome to our Lakeside Paradise, close to all the attractions that Central Florida has to offer. 10 minutes away from Disney World Resorts, 5 minutes away from the bustling shops, foods and fun attractions that go in addition to all the theme parks fun.

You will see recent updates and changes to this home as we are working to modernize and update it to perfection. We love feedback and ideas as we move to make changes throughout the home.

Other things to note
We are committed to Rent Responsibly standards. This means we follow best-in-class guidelines to ensure you have a peaceful, safe and memorable stay with us. We use smart home technology to improve your experience. Sentry is a smart home device that measures decibel levels throughout the property and allows us to respond to noise nuisances cigarette and other unwanted smoke without disrupting your stay. Sentry is 100% privacy compliant and is required on this property. If you have any questions, please ask. We are committed to your comfort so please let us know if we can do anything during your stay to make it more enjoyable.

This property features cameras located on the front door facing out towards the entryway, the driveway and sides of the house. Cameras do not look into any interior spaces. Camera records video and sound when activated by motion and will be on during your stay.

The pool will be heated for the duration of your stay at a rate of $40/night. Requests to heat the pool must be made at least 48 hours ahead of check-in.
***Please keep in mind the pool heating is set to 86-88 degrees (please note, this is not warm to the touch, it is set to keep the chill off the water and raise it from its natural temperature in the 60s). Temperatures cannot be set higher due to sanitary regulations. Pool heater works between 9am and 9pm, by HOA bylaws it can't run for 24hrs.
The hot tub temperature is set at 102***
