The Exchange was built in 1900 as the commodities exchange for ship and rail transport coming along the Mississippi River. Keep an eye out throughout the building for subtle mentions to the past and the stories this unique building holds.

This two bedroom is perfect for families or groups.
One bedroom comfortably sleeps 2 people on a king size bed. The second bedroom holds a bunk bed with a queen on the bottom and twin on top. Spacious open living area offers original flooring, high ceilings, large windows with lots of natural light, and tons of character. Great Location

What a wonderful apartment. Love the vaulted ceilings, charming historical building, and the location to downtown Winona is great. The host replied quickly and the description of the place was accurate.

Convenience and Comfort

We loved this apartment, so well located in downtown Winona, near restaurants and the Coop, and wonderfully contemporary, clean and perfectly outfitted. We will definitely look for this option for our next visits.
