I had a short stay in Winona and this place was great! Easy to access, very quaint and clean and had everything I needed - and cheaper than any hotel in town! Thanks!

We are thrilled you enjoyed your stay! Your are welcome back anytime
The Exchange is a really interesting and well thought out repurposing of a historic building. Winona is gorgeous and we will definitely be going back! Hopefully we can find a room at the Exchange for our next visit. Room was exactly as described, very clean and super comfortable bed.
This place was everything we wanted to be, super clean, great space, and in a great location. You can walk to everything you need, our host was fantastic! Answered all of our questions and made sure everything was right when we arrived. We will definitely stay again in the future!

Darren, We appreciate the kind words and welcome you back anytime.
The unit was better than expected! Very clean, modernized while respecting the historic character of the building, good layout of space, kitchen was well stocked to cook meals, comfy bed, good bathroom towels. A close walk to the farmers market, river trail, restaurants (including good coffee and ice cream) and grocery stores. Definitely recommend. We'll be back!
The Exchange apartments are thoughtfully prepared for short-term guests. Everything one would expect at a short term rental is provided and small details are cared for. Host communicates well and provides additional local information.

Work
I stayed here for work. Beautiful building, loved the history. Room was not clean at all when I checked in and the lock for the room is kinda finicky. Loved the proximity to work and the host was responsive to my concerns. Could use curtains that cover the whole window so that the lights outside aren’t shining in. Great place overall tho!

Laura, I apologize again that you arrived to the room not being clean, hopefully our quick action to come take care of that was some solace. The lower curtains are for daytime privacy, and the roll down blackout shades do cover the entire window. If there are any questions next time, please reach out during your stay.
