We enjoyed our week here on Marathon. Location was excellent— few restaurants to walk to as well as big neighborhood to bike in. We LOVED the pool, tiki hut, dock and porch for outside time. House is on a busy road but all the pluses would outweigh that for me. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home with us!!

Great Location and fun place to stay

We spent a fun week for a family vacation. Great location for visiting sites in Marathon and a great place for kayaking - we saw manatee, turtles, etc. it was also nice to have the club with pool, beach and bar nearby for the lazy days!

Location location location!

This is actually the 2nd time we’ve stayed at this property. The location is perfect for having a boat rental and getting out to both sides easily. The pool is a huge plus for the kids and we saw manatees, dolphins, and lots of fish right in the bay. Very enjoyable stay!

Marathon trip

The house clean and very well stocked kitchen. The pool was great for the four of us and always warm. Great restaurants close by. Very nice community for walking. Our entry code for lock box was incorrect but we got it taken care of immediately. Great trip.

Heaven

We are a family of 6, with teenage and early 20’s kids, we all loved this house. The pool in the back with the loungers and tiki hut was our favourite place to hang out. The house was perfect, well equipped with everything we needed for a perfect week away. We did eat out for some dinners but also were able to prepare lovely meals at home. We would highly recommend and will return again if we are planning a trip to the Keys.

Good stay; small but fairly private backyard due to the well placed greenery & fencing. Pool heater timer was a bit restrictive in the times it ran the heat. House was renovated well and the walkability to a few places in KCB and just outside was great. House could have been serviced a bit better, as we arrived to old coffee grounds in the pot, some kinda fruited ice cubes in the freezer, and a cast iron skillet of fish & oil remnants by the gas grill. All said, would consider returning again.

Trip insurance is essential!!!

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this property because of a family emergency. Trip insurance was clutch and they followed up quickly with our claim. The property owners were very helpful and understanding. I gave them 5 stars all around, but never got to see the property. We hope to book with them next summer!

Perfect family vacation

Property was very comfortable and clean for our family of 8. Everything was as mentioned on VRBO site. Outside porch was great overlooking the pool and water. If we decide to return to The Keys, we would love to return to this property.

Exceeded Expectations!

This house and location were absolutely perfect. The pictures were completely accurate and the house was clean and very tasteful. The location was great for exploring the mid, upper and lower keys. We can't say enough about this perfect spot other than that we can't wait to go back! Thanks for the management team for setting us up with the extra amenities. The bike were fun! Oh, and the Cabana Beach Club!! Wow! this neighborhood really is a Gem!

Great Stay, Great Location

Our family of five greatly enjoyed our stay. The location was wonderful and close to everything. It was clean and nicely decorated and also well stocked. The outdoor area with a great view and private pool were very enjoyable. Being able to enjoy the club pool and private beach was an added bonus. We would highly recommend.

Exceptional house

The house is not a duplex like most others in this area. Enough privacy but close to the beach, restaurants, and sites. The biking in the neighborhood is great and with 3 restaurants in the area that you can bike to it makes for good exercise and then a nice stop. The house is updated and clean. We will be back.

Perfect Marathon Stay

The property is a perfect location to explore Marathon Key by land and water. With the location set in the fun Key Colony community, you are just steps away from a private beach club and water access. Not to mention the boat slit that can accommodate your fishing vessel. The screened in porch and pool area were perfect for the kids to hang out all day. Rooms were spacious and the rest of the house accommodated all our needs. We would love to come back and highly recommend this property for your next stay!

Great Time - Loved the back of home

Great time, beautiful place, well maintained and managed! Enjoyed fishing off the dock (left some poles for future guests)! Get a chum bag and use it … fishing was cool! Recommend this place for anyone!! Peaceful and relaxing … pool was great!
