The home is close to restaurants, entertainment, and shopping and is just 15 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport. You'll love the peaceful neighborhood, the desert landscape, and the mountain views. We decorated and furnished your home for your maximum comfort and enjoyment. It has a full kitchen equipped for making a home-cooked meal, a pull-out couch for additional guests. You also have 1GB WiFi, a Smart TV .There's also a full-size washer and dryer that is shared with the people living in the guest house on the property. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. Mi casa es su casa! The City of Phoenix's short-term registration number for this property is 2021-1354. We were very happy with our stay here. The house was very clean. The bedding & towels were great quality. We really enjoyed the quiet neighborhood, made sleeping very good. The mountain views were lovely. We will definitely be back. Thanks to the staff for making sure our stay was great.

My husband and I came for a getaway and some hiking. The house was larger than we needed, but we enjoyed the extra space. Everything was clean, the service was excellent, and the location near the Phoenix Mountain Preserve was perfect for exploring the trails. A wonderful place to relax after a day outdoors.

Mountain View was beautiful. We didn’t cook but the kitchen seemed to be very well stocked. Location was great-easy to get to restaurants shopping and hiking. The hallway bathroom does not have any outlets-that was really our only issue and it was not a big deal.

Great location! Perfect for multi-generational family!

The house was perfect for our multi-generational family. We all enjoyed the accessibility of trails just down the street. Quick access to highway to get where we needed to go. Well thought our updates to the house with very comfortable beds made our stay very enjoyable.

Family Trip

The location and ease of speaking with property manager were great! We had a few minor issues 1)washer and dryer not hooked up, which the property manager got taken care of the next day, 2) strong sewer odor coming from kitchen garbage disposal, which property manager stated he would have looked at (our stay was only 3 days so I did not expect this to be fixed while we were there!) Overall it was a great experience and we would be glad to stay here in the future!

Property was a described. Excellent and clean. We were not informed that the property was shared with a tenant until the day before our scheduled stay. Vrbo is supposed to be a full property all to yourself.Had this been communicated in the Vrbo, that the property had a shared space tenant we would have not selected it. We prefer not having a shared space and the fact that we were informed of this the day before our stay was, in my opinion, unprofessional.Be honest and there will be people that don’t mind a shared space. We had no issues, but we had no choice.

We bought this house because of the location. We love hiking the trails on the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and capping off the day by sipping a cocktail as the sun sets behind the mountains.

What makes this property unique

This home is in a great location, close to north Scottsdale and central Phoenix. Walking out the front door, you are a short walking distance to a hiking trail to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve.
