Newly updated in 2021. We added a dry bar area to easily entertain. We also added a stackable washer and dryer within the unit. No more heading to the clubhouse. Fresh paint, new linens, upgraded electrical, new wifi, and much more.

Dual master suites sandwiching a luxurious open concept living room / dining room, with a modern, stainless steel, fully-appointed galley kitchen. My sister and I shared a condo here. Great location, great neighbors, wonderful pool, tennis and pickleball courts, inclusive community, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice living room furniture, nice linens. I look forward to returning.

30 Day Stay

The property was perfect in all regards! This was our base camp for 30 days of golf and good times in PS. Very comfy stay with all the amenities and a host that's easy to reach if needed. The property also has a nice pool/jacuzzi/laundry and was very close to downtown PS for dining out and shopping etc. We'll be back in 2026!!

Great Time in Palm Springs

My partner and I stayed at the condo for a bit over 2 months. Steve met me at the condo on the first day, to show me around the complex and unit. Steve went out of his way to make sure our stay was great and checked in with us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed The condo is well equipped and had everything we needed to make it feel like home. The location is great with an easy access to downtown and grocery stores. I would recommend this unit and the host. It was great.

Everything was perfect from the time we got there and until we left!

We loved the condo and everything surrounding it! Stephen, the owner, was very easy to communicate with prior to our visit. We especially enjoyed the pool and the bikes! The location of the condo was perfect as we didn't rent a car. We would definitely rent again from Stephen.

Great vacation rental

We loved our stay at Ramon Estados from arrival to departure we had no problems. We had to leave earlier than our rental contract because of covid 19. The condo was very comfortable and the whole complex was perfect. The tennis courts were in great condition and the pools were great as well. We found the other people in the complex very friendly.

Our Big Vacation!

We had a very enjoyable vacation at Ramon Estados in Palm Springs. The weather was perfect with sunshine almost every day. The pool area was beautiful with flowers and tall palm trees, and the mountains. It was evident that the grounds were well maintained. The condo was spacious and quite comfortable. We were happy to find that the unit had been updated because the building was old. It was overflowing with household supplies - silverware, dishes, pots and pans, even table- cloths. There were plenty of cleaning supplies so we didn't have to buy anything. The two bathrooms were an asset for us. We enjoyed the TV and the music although we were not able to get the bedroom TV's started. The biggest challenge was the white tile floors. I struggled with them every day but could not keep them clean! We enjoyed the area. We found that grocery stores, other shopping areas and restaurants were nearby, even churches. It was handy to be near the Palm Canyon strip. We had a wonderful time. Dave and LaDonna

Palm Springs Holiday

This condo unit is absolutely fantastic and the owners are wonderful folks who make it even better. The location is within walking distance of the main downtown area of Palm Springs and a group of shops including a supermarket and a pharmacy. Activities such as the International Film Festival are within walking distance also, as are several good restaurants. The condo complex is well maintained with many people who are long term owners or regular renters. It has two large swimming pools and a number of tennis courts. There are many excellent golf courses within a 10 minute drive. The condo unit has recently been completely renovated and is fully equipped with all amenities and is spotlessly clean and maintained. If we had any questions the owner was immediately available by email. A wonderful spot for an extended holiday.
