Located in the Island's popular East End neighborhood, Ocean Mile I-9 is close to local shops, restaurants, nightlife, the multi-use path connecting the entire Island, St. George Lighthouse Museum and fishing pier. Just across the bridge are Eastpoint's seafood markets and craft brewery and the eclectic shopping, arts and culinary scene of historic and charming Apalachicola are just 25 minutes by car!
The exterior of this home offers under-house concrete parking for 2 cars or one large SUV, an outdoor shower, a community grill and is close to the community pool.
The tiled main floor features the open living/dining/kitchen area, a shared bath, a beachfront deck, as well as a bedroom with twin beds and its own balcony. There are views galore, accentuated by 1 wall of mirrored glass. Relax on the comfy sofa, which opens into a queen sleeper, while watching the surf. The well equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare beachside feasts and the 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter and the rectangular dining table that seats 6 provide plenty of seating at mealtime.
The furniture in the triple bunk bedroom lends an airy beach vibe to this pretty room. The top floor which is beautifully carpeted features a laundry area, a shared bathroom and 2 bedrooms on each end – 1 features a queen bed and small deck, while the other is the master bedroom oasis with a vaulted ceiling and king bed, full private bathroom and private deck with captivating views from the wall of windows. Step out to the balcony, feel that ocean breeze and gaze out to our horizon. Beach views don't get any better than this! Read a good book or watch the pelicans dive for their dinner. The bathroom features double sinks as well as a tiled shower with a deep tub for relaxing.

We enjoyed our stay with our son, daughter in law & 3 grandchildren. The condo was clean & comfortable. We loved the location. Our stay was relaxing & fun.
I have stayed at SGI many years and was very surprised at how nice this unit was. It was updated and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were nice, bathrooms nice and best of all was the ocean front and ease to the beach. Already re-booked for next year

The condo was perfect! Usually there is something that needs repair or that's just not right BUT nope everything was wonderful. Clean, updated and just step out onto the sand. Amazing views from both balconies. Just a note tho, there are a good many stairs if you are not physically well. By end of week I was used to them, no problem. This place is large with spacious main bedroom. I would absolutely rent again and use Gulf Coast Vac Properties as well. To sum up, the week was perfect!!

Nice vacation condo. End unit. Very close to the beach (you literally have to walk only 100 feet from the back door to put down your chairs). Very clean. Everything worked. GCVP was very helpful/responsive when the internet went down one morning. If I had to make one suggestion I’d say to finish the decking between the parking pad and the back stairs so there would be room to store gear. It’s a small job - if they’d left the wood I would have done it myself one morning. All in all a great property.
