Cozy property in a great location

This property is nestled in a great spot in town. Easy access to shuttles to get to the mountain and centrally located near restaurants and the grocery store. Would definitely stay here again!

Nice clean classy place

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is very clean and very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked (with spices, etc) and had good quality pots, pans, etc. Really good communications with the owner - very quick to respond. Will definitely plan on staying here again.

A week of blue sky skiing

Great place had everything we needed. Able to walk to restaurants, bars and shopping. We drove to the mountain but it is a block from a shuttle service. Host was exceptionally accommodating and promptly answered all questions. 2 bedroom, 2 bath was perfect for my brother and I. Don’t miss the bowling alley / French restaurant across the street. It’s awesome.

A lovely condo.

My short summertime visit to Mammoth was made very comfortable in this condo. Although the weather was quite warm (87F) and there was no AC, the condo was nice and cool at night. The ceiling fans and the standing fan did a great job. Everything worked well. I was especially grateful for the ice maker!

Review

The place was great besides the unclear description that there is no central heat. We built a fire every night but wood is not included. If we would have known ahead of time we would have not stayed here for the price, especially when traveling with children.

I am sorry you felt misled, I have made it very clear in the listing that you need to get your own wood and build a fire daily. I do however still offer free standing heating sources for people who do not know how or are not able to make a fire themselves. Again, I apologize for the miscommunication.

The room was not ready when we arrived at the designated time, and we waited an hour for the cleaning to be complete. The owner apologized and said she would refund half of the cleaning fee (it has not been refunded as of 9/2/25). Even after waiting an hour, the condo was not clean. The bathroom mirrors had toothpaste splashes, and the rugs did not look like they had been vacuumed well. An old, dirty sock was laying on top of the fireplace brick surround. The bed on the main floor was comfortable. There was plenty of closet space and dresser drawers.The kitchen was decently stocked, but the frying pans were greasy. It looked like they had been rinsed out but not washed. I acknowledge this may have been the previous renter's fault.The dish drying mat on the kitchen counter had a little crusty something on it. It would be nice to wash it between guests. It would also be nice to have an extra set of towels, just in case.

Cute in presentation

This property was so cute in presentation, perfect in location, and the listing was accurate. It was very spacious, kitchen had everything, and was in perfection location. Check in and check out was simple. HOWEVER, the pet dander/hair and dust was just about unbearable. We would get out of the shower and use a towel and have hair all over us, the couch would cover our clothes in hair, bedding was full of hair. The floors were really dirty, our feet were black without shoes. The other upsetting part is the downstairs bathroom ceiling had a lot of mold/mildew. I think it’s due to just not enough venting and moisture. Towels are limited, there were 6 of us and each had to use the same towel for 4 days due to limited towels. The listing shows a spa, however no spa towels. Other than those things, we enjoyed our Mother’s Day weekend.
