Welcome to Lake it or Leave it, my newest pet friendly rental in the heart of the Lakeside community! You will enjoy this fully stocked house with three bedrooms and two bathrooms where you just need to bring your clothes!Luxury Nolah mattresses and a pillow of every firmness to choose from will make for a wonderful nights sleep. I provide a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar and a new grill with utensils and everything you need for a day at the beach. Enjoy a meal outside and sit by the fire table in the evening. You will love it! You are a quick drive to Pere Marquette Beach and a short walk to all of the restaurants and shops that Lakeside offers. Bring a bike or rent one just up the street. The bike path along Muskegon Lake is right outside your door. Come have a wonderful time!

This was an excellent house for our family vacation! The house was clean, and the layout with the big finished basement was ideal for our kids. We loved the location that was minutes from the beach, and walking distance to local shops and bars. Highly recommend and we hope it will be available for our trip next year!

Wonderful, clean, pet and family friendly home! Great communication from the owner through the entire process. I messaged late with small problems, and she helped me to fix them right away! There are also some great little shops and restaurants in walking distance. I would absolutely recommend this home to anyone. Getting in and out of the driveway during busy hours is a little rough, but everything else about the stay was wonderful!

We had an amazing time. The basement is set up perfectly for family lounging with plenty of things for the kids to do. Location is walking distance to quite a few places. My 3 year old nephew asked if we could rent the place again so I'd say it was a hit!

The Lakeside house is so very cute and very comfortable. We loved it! The location is great for accessing the Lakeside shops and also the Shoreline Trail.There were just a few things that would've been helpful to have:* Boxes of tissues.* Throws to use in the living room and basement rec room.* Extra bath towels and bath hand towels.* Extra blankets for the beds (there was a note in the information notebook saying blankets were in the bedroom closet, but we didn't see any there).* A note in the information notebook to say there are extra paper supplies in the garage.These are not huge things, and they did not affect our enjoyment of staying in the house. We definitely would choose to stay there again if we have opportunity come back to Muskegon.

Thank you! I stopped putting.Kleenex out because they were being flushed down the toilet and there were plumbing issues. We do put couch throws out in winter but not summer. There should have been blankets; that was an oversigjt from the cleaners. And i don't usually advertise extra paper supplies as we supply enough for an average stay and the garage supply is mostly for the cleaners to restock. There is a set of towels for each guest in the house and i do supply laundry soap and a nice washer and dryer for when they need laundered. I am glad you enjoyed the house!

Great house, host and location

Had a wonderful stay at this property with our family. The hosts have done a great job of providing everything one needs for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Loved Muskegon and the beaches as well - highly recommend Bernie o’s pizza and Dockside Donuts!

The house is really nice - such cute decor! The entire place was really clean. Loved the basement! The beds are comfortable and we could walk to some shops and restaurants. What a lovely place to spend time with family.
