There is a awning for additional shade. Outdoor dining and swimming in the pool! 3 Bedrooms PLUS a Den that is tricked out as an Office with a pull out couch. This house was recently purchased and furnished with ALL NEW FURNITURE throughout the house in December 2022. Golf and Social Membership transferable! 1 month minimum rental. This gated community is a dream and you will not want to leave.
