Dayton station was perfect for our group. The beds were comfortable and it literally had everything you needed in the kitchen. They had coffee and snacks waiting for us which was an extra treat. It was also an easy walk to downtown.
Great location near zoo and downtown grand rapids! We had plenty of space and Tracey was very responsive to our questions. Kitchen was also stocked with chips and snacks which was a nice surprise for late night snacking.
This place was great! We were here visiting during graduation and were able to comfortably fit four couples. Hotels were very expensive for this weekend so this was a great option for our family to stay so we could cook and spend time together. The host had all of the amenities anyone would need. House was updated, decorated nicely and very clean.
The home is located in a neighborhood very close to downtown. The home was spacious and accommodated 4 adults. We were close to restaurants and attractions. We had extra beds. The home was very clean and the decoration and furniture inviting and homey. Access and communication with the host was excellent. Thank you
We had a great stay at this home in Grand Rapids! The place was very clean, in a fantastic location, and you can really tell there was thoughtful attention to detail throughout. One thing we especially appreciated was the abundance of USB ports and charging stations in many of the rooms, such a convenient and unexpected bonus.Overall, a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it to others!
Silly me. I thought the second photo in the listing was of the building we were booking, as there aren’t any other exterior pics. I should have realized that it was an older bungalow home. The interior is as pictured, clean and well appointed, the little extras were appreciated, the air conditioning was cool and fresh, it was quiet at night, and the host responded to my questions quickly. Being seniors, the stairs into the house were a bit challenging for lugging suitcases in, and it took an internet search to figure out how to use the tub’s shower, but overall we would certainly recommend the property for a family or group. Just note that there is no dishwasher, so you have to wash your cups… but there were paper plates in the cupboard with the snacks.
The accommodations were well kept and clean. We had 8 people in our group and we had a great time. Easy access to the downtown of Grand Rapids and fun was had by all!
Great house to stay at if in area. Received check in information and easily got in the home. It was a great house to hang out with friend and take trips into GR. Comfy beds, great common area, easy to use kitchen. Lots of great little things in the home that were convenient and made the stay even better.Would highly recommend if staying in Grand Rapids.
This was a very cute place in a convenient location to everything we wanted to do. I wish it would’ve been clearly noted that one of the twin beds was a trundle. The check in process was easy and the snacks were a nice bonus.
We had a delightful weekend. Get together with family to celebrate a wedding.Accommodations were wonderful and very close to Leona Road. I would definitely stay there again.
This was the perfect place for our company to stay for the SIMA convention. The house was comfortable and clean. There are a lot of nice touches like extra snacks and toiletries.
