Your score is unfounded and I'm puzzled by it. At no time did you reach out to me during your stay with concerns. As a host, you should know better. Shame on you and your self-righteous indignation.
the house is the best we have used in our last 15 years of our yearly bike trip, the house is perfect big nice view of the mountian vally.. it is all you could want on a vacation trip. the negative about our stay is the drive to the house it is very steep for motor cycles. unless you are a season rider this could be a real problem, we had one guy to drop bike 2 times,
Beautiful home. Spent a lot of time on the cozy screened porch admiring the mountain/valley views. Location very private but close to attractions, (town, hiking trails, lakes). Excellent communication with owner who is very knowledgeable about the area. Owner texted and emailed info regarding activities to include directions. Stay with 6 adults and 4 children ages 2 and under and the house was perfect for us. Comfortable furniture and beds. Lots of room for playing children. We enjoyed our stay and would love to do it again next year.
We came up for a Little League State softball tournament. We had to split our team up in 2 houses. This one was big enough to fit half our team and chaperones. I have to say that the climb to get to the house was pretty steep for a car so make sure that your vehicle can handle going up such an incline for about a mile. But I do have to admit, the beautiful view was well worth it!
The Hosts were also very attenative to helping us find fun things to do for our girls inbetween softball games and yummy food places to try out as well. If we ever make it back out to Rabun Gap, I would highly recommend this place to anyone at all. I promise you, you will not be disappointed.

Ashley,
Thank you for your review. Like most mountain cabins, there is a climb involved to reach their locations. We have had hundreds of different vehicles make it to our cabin with no problems. And yes, the view from our cabin is well worth the 4 tenths of a mile climb. I truly hope you will return with or without the team.
Best of luck,
Ric
