This beautifully renovated 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom penthouse unit offers direct ocean views from a private balcony and is just steps from the beach and boardwalk. Located on the third floor of a well-maintained building, this top-floor apartment provides comfort, convenience, and an ideal location for a Jersey Shore getaway.

The bedroom features a queen-size bed with fresh linens, and the living room includes a full-size sleeper sofa to accommodate a third guest. The unit is equipped with air conditioning, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a smart TV. A kitchenette is provided with a microwave, mini fridge, toaster, coffee maker, and basic utensils for light meals and snacks.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please leave the 4 beach badges on the kitchen table. Reminder any missing badges cost $100.
Please take all trash and recycling to the dumpster in the parking lot inside the gate.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Tenants agree to maintain the rental in good order and to surrender it in the same condition as received and as reasonable wear and tear permit.
Tenants agree to abide by the Borough's local laws and ordinances regarding noise/disturbing the peace, trash, recycling and underage drinking.
Smoking in the home will be a $500 fine. Beach Badges lost are $100 each. These will be claimed from the damage protection.

Beautiful place to stay

Wonderful place, very clean and comfortable! This place is steps from the beach, and not a single negative thing can be said about this rental. Easy in and out, parking lot on the side of the building, super easy trash disposal at the end of your stay. I would stay again!

I booked for a long weekend getaway with my daughter and had a wonderful time. Great updated apartment, nicely decorated. Very comfortable and clean. Can't beat the location only steps from the boardwalk and beach. Beautiful views from the porch. James was a very attentive and accommodating host. I will rent again in the future!

Was nice and cozy. Only a few steps from beach!! If your a Jersey Shore fan it's only a few minutes away from the Shore House walking distance. Can enjoy your coffee on the balcony outdoor furniture was cozy. Only thing I'd change is the shower head couldn't really move it much. Overall it was a nice place to stay and would recommend it to couples.

Seaside Heights Perfection

This cozy place is super-convenient to the beach, boardwalk and rides. We just walked out our back door and about 40 steps to all the action. This was a wonderful 3-day getaway. We would come back, but there are so many other spots on The Shore to explore! Thank you for great communication and flexibility :)

Can't Go Wrong......

Mr. Donnelly couldn't have given us a better place to stay! The location is as shown and your just a few steps away from boardwalk. The unit is located towards the north end of the boardwalk so less noise, which is what we wanted. The beach passes provided by James saved us time and energy! Unit 5 was located on the third floor, walk up just so you know. Our daughter who's 12, slept on the pullout and said it wasn't the most comfortable but she managed. If location, comfort are key , then book with Mr. Donnelly

When arrived the place smelled horrible. The garbage had spoiled food and liquor bottles. The bathroom garbage had women sanitary items. Dirty wet towels in the shower floor. When I called the host. It was like he wanted to blame me. Then said the place was broken into and to leave to leave right away.
