Several updates, fenced in back yard with access ramp off a fully enclosed sunroom. A short walk to the park for several weekly events including the Farmers Market and outdoor concerts. Adults and children both will enjoy drawing on the unique Chalk Board Dinning table. Wi-Fi equipped with 3 Smart TV's for all your streaming services.

A bunk bed with Full beds allows potentially up to 8, however larger persons may not be able to sleep 2 on the top bunk. 6 very comfortable room for an air mattress (not provided) in 3rd bedroom. Enough space and amenities for up to 8 people.

Ocean City is a Short 10 minute drive over the Assawama Bay. Plenty to do and see not only in Ocean City but in the Pines. Live music at the Yacht Club Thurs-Sun all summer long, 4 Community pools and beach parking (daily fees will apply) Special discount on Boat Rentals, Jet Ski Rentals, Parasailing and adventure tours at Paradise Water Sports.

Nice place

The house was decent. Had everything you needed. Bikes and cornhole boards in the shed with a nice backyard. Which gave us something extra to do when the weather wasn’t so great.

Family Beach Trip

Our stay was great. We loved that everyone was under the same roof, and having two bathrooms made it wonderful, cut down on time. My granddaughter loved the bunkbed room! Enjoyed having my coffee in the Sunroom. This home was perfect the location. Very quite neighborhood. Loved the gated backyard. We didn't have to worry about our fur baby. So many things do right there. Beaches were close by, boardwalk was just a 10 minute drive, if traffic was good. We will definitely stay here again.

Great stay in OC!

Loved this neighborhood, safe and clean. Lots to do. The home owners have great suggestions for local eats! Happy to have the WHOLE family there including our dog!

Great Family Vacation

House was really cute! Had linens, all cooking utensils you need! washer/dryer were practically new! The beds were comfortable, plenty of blankets and the sunroom was really great. The place is situated in a community were there is Kayaking, swimming and tennis and playgrounds, and so close to the beach! We had a terrific time and the hosts were super helpful and quick to respond! Would of loved to have a grill and parking pass at beach club but that would be the only recommendations! great place and great value! Would stay there again!
