Fresh paint and all new furniture. Minutes from Disney World (3miles), Old Town Kissimmee boardwalk (1 mile), Univesal (11miles). Plenty of shopping near by. Pool, basketball courts and 2 play grounds on property. Ducks and turtles walk around the pond daily.
