Charming and spotless duplex with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms well separated, a fireplace, a lovely patio, and 2 living areas close to everything... Greenville Avenue, North Park Mall, White Rock Lake, Arboretum, SMU and Downtown/Uptown. Plenty of parking is available curbside along Brentcove Circle. One Bedroom has King sized bed and the other has a Queen Size,. We are a few miles away and we be available to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
