We are close to the vibrant Manly Village Cafe Precinct, Marinas, bustling weekend markets, waterfront walking, biking, parklands. 10 min walk to train station. Its quiet here in leafy Lota but close to a myriad of activities. We enjoy fabulous bay breezes as we are right on the Esplanade . When at home you can relax in your own fully self contained 2 bedroom lower level of our house with exclusive use of the pool and BBQ. A perfect short or long stay. VERY CONVENIENT TO RQYS & SLEEMAN COMPLEX. You have exclusive use of the back garden with full size swimming pool, Weber BBQ and outdoor seating areas as shown in the photos. The swimming pool is fully fenced and complies with current council regulations.

Whether you are coming here to work, rest, play or visit family or friends this is the perfect base for your stay.
Discover coastal living in your own spacious, beautifully furnished 2 bedroom apartment complete with a fully equipped kitchen and laundry facilities, a lounge/dining room with smart TV and a patio overlooking the pool equipped with a Weber BBQ.
Bedroom One has a queen size bed, wardrobes, ceiling fan and air conditioning with direct access to the large bathroom.
Bedroom Two has 2 king single size beds which are ideal for adults and children. It also has wardrobes, ceiling fan and air conditioning and direct access to the bathroom.
You have your own separate entrance.
Jim and I live upstairs and are on hand should you require our assistance, however we are not obtrusive and you will seldom see us.
